Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple freight movements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with new and existing carrier partners
• Negotiate pricing with carrier partners
• Manage shipments by coordinating with carriers and internal operations
• Develop new shipping lanes and stay current on freight market trends
• Assist Operations with lane pricing
• Accurately input data for carriers and shippers
• Handle high-volume phone and email communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work accurately at a steady pace in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable learning and working with multiple customer management software platforms and technologies
• Bilingual beneficial
